The full BaQapp download is a zipped folder that includes the BaQapp Virtual Machine or BaQapp-x64 OS and software (for installation onto the network server), Windows Client Software (for installation onto each individual computer that you wish to backup), and setup instructions. You can also download the setup instructions if you need assistance with the installation process, or
if you already have a BaQapp installation and wish to install it on a new computer or an ISO restore Disc Image which allows you to create a boot-able disc or USB drive that can be used to restore your hard drive in the event of disc failure or ransomware attack. Client software for Macintosh is now available.

What is a License Key
You will be able to use your trial version of the BaQapp-VM software and service for at least a 30 fully functioning trial. You may find that your BaQapp says that the licence has expired, but ignore this note as your BaQapp will continue to work normally until notified by BaQapp by email that it will expire in 7 days unless a licence key is entered.
After this period, you will need to purchase and a license key (a unique 16 digit registration code)
that you can enter into the administration portal of your BaQapp system.
This license key will allow you to have continued access to BaQapp's dedicated backup system
architecture and will allow you to set and forget your backup schedule
This license key can be purchased for a cost of $399 and upon successful transaction,
your key will be emailed to you.
When you purchase a BaQappBoxx, the licence key is supplied with the BaQappBoxx
and no further purchase is required.
Purchase BaQapp Monitoring
The BaQapp monitoring Service covers all the endpoints connected to the BaQappBoxx or BaQapp-VM. So only one monitoring service is required per BaQapp device. BaQapp users are offered 90 days FREE monitoring with the purchase of a BaQapp product.
The best method to ensure regular backups is with a service that monitors and reports those backups are done.
A backup system without monitoring can easily lead to disaster, as most users do not check the status of their backups regularly.
The problem with all other backup software that offers monitoring, is if the backup software that monitors itself stops operating, there will be no reports to remind users of its failure. Unless this monitoring is independent of the backup software itself and operates whether the backup software is functioning or not functioning, it is defective.
A unique feature of the BaQapp monitoring service is that email reports are generated on BaQapp’s Microsoft Azure server,from data generated and sent by the user’s BaQapp software.
The BaQapp server analysis this data and highlights any missing or arrears reports.
If the BaQapp system stops operating, users will still receive reports reminding them of the status of their backups, especially noting that no reports are being received.
These customised weekly reports for each user are emailed to the client, one to BaQapp Pty Ltd, and optionally one to the client’s IT consultant, who can then use that report to fix any problems at their client.
If the client has added a mobile phone number at registration, the BaQapp server will also send
a reminder SMS to the client when backups are overdue.
A special advantage of the BaQapp reporting system is that it is simple to set-up, requiring only the user’s email address at installation. All known backup reporting systems require the user to configure the software with their email passwords and email settings.
